Cookie Policy
The website www.sakudarte.com provides information about the use of cookies on its website:
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
Cookies are files that can be downloaded onto your device through websites. They are tools that play an essential role in the provision of numerous information society services. Among other things, they allow a website to store and retrieve information about the browsing habits of a user or their device and, depending on the information obtained, they can be used to recognise the user and improve the service offered.
TYPES OF COOKIES
Depending on which entity manages the domain from which the cookies are sent and processes the data obtained, two types can be distinguished:
- First-party cookies: those sent to the user’s terminal device from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
- Third-party cookies: those sent to the user’s terminal device from a computer or domain that is not managed by the publisher, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies.
In the event that cookies are installed from a computer or domain managed by the publisher itself, but the information collected through them is managed by a third party, they cannot be considered first-party cookies.
There is also a second classification according to the length of time they remain stored in the client’s browser, which may be:
- Session cookies: designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are usually used to store information that is only of interest to keep for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion (e.g. a list of purchased products).
- Persistent cookies: the data remains stored on the terminal and can be accessed and processed during a period defined by the party responsible for the cookie, which can range from a few minutes to several years.
Finally, there is another classification with five types of cookies according to the purpose for which the data obtained is processed:
- Technical cookies: those that allow the user to browse through a website, platform or application and to use the different options or services available on it such as, for example, controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas, remembering the items that make up an order, carrying out the purchase process for an order, making the request to register or participate in an event, using security features while browsing, storing content for the broadcasting of videos or sound, or sharing content through social networks.
- Personalisation cookies: those that allow the user to access the service with certain general characteristics predefined according to a series of criteria on the user’s terminal, such as, for example, the language, the type of browser through which they access the service, the regional configuration from which they access the service,
- Analytical cookies: those that allow the party responsible for them to monitor and analyse the behaviour of the users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure the activity of the websites, application or platform and to build browsing profiles of the users of said sites, applications and platforms, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data made by the users of the service.
- Advertising cookies: those that allow the most effective possible management of the advertising spaces.
- Behavioural advertising cookies: those that store information on users’ behaviour obtained through the continued observation of their browsing habits, which makes it possible to develop a specific profile in order to display advertising based on it.
- External social network cookies: those used so that visitors can interact with the content of different social platforms (facebook, youtube, twitter, linkedIn, etc.) and that are generated only for the users of said social networks. The conditions of use of these cookies and the information collected are governed by the privacy policy of the corresponding social platform.
COOKIES USED ON THIS WEBSITE
This website uses the bare minimum. No advertising, behavioural advertising or social network cookies are used.
The first one is not technically a cookie, but a value stored in your browser’s local storage (localStorage), which is not sent to our servers with every request. We include it here for transparency, as it serves the same function.
The two Google Analytics cookies are only installed if you accept analytics cookies. If you reject them, or if you make no decision at all, no Google script is loaded and no third-party cookie is installed.
THIRD PARTIES AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
The only third party with access to data through cookies is Google, the provider of Google Analytics. Within the European Economic Area the service is provided by Google Ireland Limited.
Accepting analytics cookies may involve access to the data from the United States by Google LLC, covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. You can avoid this by rejecting analytics cookies, without this affecting your browsing.
You can find the remaining providers and the details of the processing in our privacy policy.
DISABLING AND DELETING COOKIES
In addition to the settings panel on this website, you can allow, block or delete the cookies installed on your device from your browser settings. When disabling cookies, some services may cease to be operational. The way to do this differs for each browser, but it is normally found in the Settings, Tools or Options menu, and you can also consult the browser’s Help menu.

In addition, you can also manage the cookie store in your browser through tools such as the following:

Acceptance and withdrawal of consent
www.sakudarte.com displays, the first time you visit, a notice at the bottom of the screen with the information about cookies and three options:
- Accept: the analytics cookies described above are enabled.
- Reject: no analytics cookie is installed and no third-party script is loaded. The website continues to work normally.
- Settings: opens a panel where you can enable or disable each category separately and save your choice.
Until you choose one of the three options, no analytics cookie is installed. Your decision is stored in your browser, so the notice does not appear again until you delete it.
You can change your mind at any time: in the bottom-left corner of the screen there is a permanent “Cookie settings” button that reopens the settings panel. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
