From several independent industrial lines to an engineering group with a shared story, structure and presence.
Iturcemi Grupo
Integral engineering for the design, manufacturing and execution of industrial solutions
01. The starting point
We met Iturcemi through a LinkedIn training programme for industrial companies organised by Asturex.
When they got in touch with us, the company was going through an important stage of growth and internationalisation.
Behind Iturcemi there are several companies, each with different capabilities and specialisations. Legally it made sense. In the commercial communication through their digital assets, it was starting to become a problem.
To compete for larger industrial projects, they needed to present themselves to the market with more strength and make their combined capability visible through Iturcemi Grupo.
02. What had to be solved
The challenge was much more than grouping several companies under one name.
We had to decide how to explain the whole, what role each capability should play and how to build a commercial proposition that let the market understand Iturcemi as integral engineering.
The goal was to move from communicating separate companies to presenting a single organisation able to design, manufacture and execute complete industrial solutions.
The key question:
How do you turn several business capabilities into a single value proposition?
03. What we did
04. The result
Iturcemi now presents itself commercially as a single industrial company, able to integrate different specialisations within one offer.
The new website helped organise that complexity and made the leap understandable: from several companies with complementary capabilities to an engineering firm able to take on projects as a whole.
Services, projects and internationalisation became part of the same story.
Several companies. One single way of going to market.
