From a very broad industrial offer spread across countries to a more commercial, global digital architecture.

01. The starting point
Our relationship with this project began in 2017 with Industrias YUK, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial chains, sprockets and other power transmission components.
The initial need was to organise and standardise their brand and carry it across to more coherent sales tools. From there we developed a new product catalogue, a new website and various materials to support the sales team, including applying the identity to a B2B ecommerce platform.
Over the following years we kept working as their external marketing support: design, trade show materials, content, campaigns and new sales tools.
Then came a major change.
YUK was acquired by Renold and became part of Renold Chain Europe.
The relationship with Sakudarte evolved with the company and we began working for the group’s European division too, moving the work from a Spanish industrial company to a multinational organisation present in several markets.
Years later, that collaboration took another step: Renold USA also began working with Sakudarte.
What started as an identity and sales tools project for YUK had become a marketing relationship with different teams of an international industrial group.
02. What had to be solved
The challenge was getting Renold Chain Europe to present itself as a single brand, even though behind it there were teams and markets with considerable autonomy.
France, Germany, Iberia, the UK and the Nordic countries produced their own materials and communications, but the result was not always consistent: catalogues, brochures, content and materials followed different styles.
That ecosystem had to be organised, Renold’s global identity reinforced and new materials created that could work across countries without losing coherence.
Our role became centralising, adapting and developing marketing solutions for the different European teams, bringing judgement, speed and continuity.
The key question:
How do you let many markets communicate autonomously and, at the same time, always look like the same brand?
03. How we approached it
We joined as external support for the Renold Chain Europe marketing team, working side by side with their marketing manager and channelling the needs of the different countries through her.
We started from campaigns and objectives shared across Europe and developed the materials needed to activate them: content, new product landing pages, sales pieces, LinkedIn campaigns and trade show activity.
The approach combines a shared identity and strategy with the flexibility to meet the specific needs of France, Germany, Iberia, the UK, the Nordic countries and other markets.
At trade shows the work goes beyond the stand: we design the spaces and materials, but we also support the presence with visibility campaigns, email marketing and communications before and after the event.
That way of working ended up drawing attention within the group too. After seeing what had been developed in Europe, Renold USA began working with Sakudarte to apply similar logic to its own communication and marketing.
04. What we did
05. The result
Today Renold Chain Europe has far more consistent, steady and coordinated communication across countries.
Materials keep a shared identity, campaigns launch faster, the sales team has better tools and the trade show presence follows a more consistent logic before, during and after the event.
Activity on the brand and its corporate profiles has also grown, reinforcing the visibility of products, solutions and markets on a continuous basis.
But the main change is in the system.
Sakudarte has helped turn marketing that was fragmented across countries into a more centralised, coherent and reliable model, able to serve different teams while keeping one group identity.
And that way of working has started to scale beyond Europe. After the work developed with Renold Chain Europe, Renold USA has joined the collaboration with Sakudarte too.
What began nine years ago by organising the Industrias YUK brand has become a marketing relationship with different areas of an international industrial group.
