From a technology that was hard to explain to a clear, scalable and business-oriented brand.

01. The starting point

Ludus Global had developed a technology solution with great potential: health and safety training through virtual reality, designed to improve training, reduce risks and bring people closer to situations that are hard to reproduce in a real environment.

The company was growing and the proposition had room to run, but there was a significant challenge: clearly explaining the value of a technology that was not only innovation, nor only training, nor only virtual reality.

The message had to be ordered so that different audiences (health and safety, training, human resources, management) could quickly understand what Ludus solved, why it was relevant and how it could fit into their processes.

02. What had to be solved

The solution was powerful, but the message had too many layers: technology, safety, training, realism, innovation, scalability, impact on people and usefulness for companies.

The challenge was to turn all of that into a proposition that was easier to understand, sell and remember.

We had several needs on the table:

  • Define the positioning more clearly.
  • Order the value proposition.
  • Build a less technical, more business-oriented narrative.
  • Create an identity ready to grow.
  • Design a website useful for explaining, convincing and generating opportunities.
  • Align brand, message and commercial assets.

The key question:

How do we turn a technology that is hard to explain into a clear, scalable and business-oriented brand?

03. How we approached it

We applied our working System: we start where we believe you should start, understanding the business before building assets.

We worked on Ludus's growth context, its audiences, its use cases and the way the market might interpret a virtual-reality solution applied to health and safety training.

From there, we made decisions: what had to be explained first, which messages should support the proposition, what role technology played and how to translate all of that into a more understandable, more solid and more commercial brand.

Then came the build: identity, narrative, web architecture, messaging, content and visual system.

The website was not an isolated piece. It was the place where everything had to come together: positioning, value proposition, use cases, credibility and conversion.

05. The result

The result was a clearer, more scalable brand, better prepared to support the growth of Ludus Global.

A brand able to explain a technology solution without getting trapped in the technology.

A website more useful for presenting the value of virtual reality applied to health and safety training.

And a more solid messaging system to help the team better explain what they do, why it matters and how it can create value in real companies.

  • Better explain a complex technology proposition.
  • Build an identity ready to grow.
  • Order messages, audiences and use cases.
  • Turn the website into a commercial tool.
  • Bring more coherence to the brand at a moment of expansion.
