01. The starting point

In late 2020, Ecrimesa had a problem: the company’s reality was well ahead of its digital presence.

The pandemic had brought trade shows and much of the in-person contact to a halt. Suddenly, the website, content and digital channels became far more important. The online presence was thin, and so were the digital materials the sales team had to work with.

02. What had to be solved

How Ecrimesa presented itself to the market had to be organised: building an identity able to bring together its different companies and technologies, and carrying it coherently across several countries.

That led to an important decision: building Ecrimesa Group as an umbrella brand.

The companies keep their legal independence, but to the market they now appear as an industrial group with one identity, one story and a shared presence.

The key question:

How do you turn different companies, technologies and markets into one recognisable, coherent industrial brand?

03. How we approached it

We started with strategy.

We defined the brand architecture of the group and its sub-brands, redesigned its identity and built a new digital presence able to explain the whole without losing the specialisation of each technology.

From there, the project kept growing.

The website became the centre of an international digital presence, with content and activity adapted to different markets and languages —Spain, Germany and, later on, the United States in particular.

And the digital work also began to directly support the sales team.

05. The result

  • A recognisable group brand.
  • A coherent identity.
  • A website that works as a commercial asset.
  • Communication able to adapt to different technologies, markets and languages.

The digital channel has established itself as a real way of supporting business: from technical content and tools for the sales team to downloadable resources that capture opportunities.

And the relationship continues.

After more than five years working together, Sakudarte is still their partner for developing and activating the group’s digital presence, supporting its international growth along the way.
